A small family beekeeping project with a 100% artisan production which bases its philosophy on respect for bees, nature, the conservation of biodiversity and environmental education.

Our philosophy:

• Respect all bees: queens, workers and drones and the environment that surrounds them, use traditional and ecological alternatives, avoid using chemicals and use a respectful and caring method for collecting the products of the hive.
• We do not feed our bees with a sugar and syrup preparation, at the moment we leave surplus honey in the hive that they have worked so laboriously, so that they can spend the winter without the need to feed them, since they already have the honey, pollen, that they have accumulated throughout the year, so our production is lower, but we do not care, in Unanomel the important thing is they are the bees.

Our Purposes:

• Look for responsible consumers, people connected with nature, who know how to value a 100% handmade product.
• We use 100% our own wax as the basis for our honey production frames.
• Carry out an ecological beekeeping, without using chemicals.
• Environmental education to raise awareness of the importance of bees in the development and conservation of ecosystems and biodiversity through our beekeeping talks and social networks.
• Collaboration with solidarity projects, every year we make solidarity contributions in projects based on our principles.
• Carry out beekeeping respecting the values ​​of fair trade and proximity.
